Shipping and Delivery
Cadence Letra is a weekly subscription delivered by mail.
As part of your subscription, you will receive one Scripture card each week. Orders are prepared in weekly batches and shipped through standard postal services.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and postal conditions. Once a shipment has been accepted by the postal carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Cadence Letra is available as 12-month and 6-month subscriptions.
Subscriptions are billed monthly according to the selected plan and renew automatically until canceled.
If you choose to cancel, you'll continue receiving your weekly Scripture cards through the remainder of your current subscription period.
Order cutoff is every Sunday at 11:59PM Eastern Time.
Orders placed on or before the weekly cutoff are included in that week’s shipment of Cadence Letra cards. Orders placed after the cutoff are included in the following week’s shipment.
Each Cadence Letra card is enclosed in a protective sleeve and mailed in a sealed envelope to help protect it during transit.
While every order is prepared with care, exposure to extreme weather or postal handling may occasionally affect delivery condition.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please include:
- A clear photo of the item received
- A photo of the envelope and protective sleeve (if applicable)
- A photo of the shipping label
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Address updates must be submitted before the next scheduled shipment.
We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or outdated shipping information.
Because each subscription is prepared specifically for each recipient, we do not accept returns.
If you need to stop future shipments, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
Cadence Letra ships internationally to select countries.
International orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and delivered by the destination country’s local postal service.
Delivery times vary by region and may be extended by customs processing or local postal handling.
Tracking availability may vary once a shipment leaves the United States.
